Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to the most common questions asked at our firm.
How does the first consultation work?
A first meeting of approximately 60 minutes (in-person or video call) to assess your situation. You leave with a written strategy note and a detailed quote.
What fee structures do you offer?
Fixed fee, monthly retainer, or hourly rate — depending on the nature of the matter. A written engagement letter always governs our fees, with a risk cap.
Do you work outside Casablanca?
Yes, across the whole of Morocco and internationally (ICC, CCJA arbitration and foreign jurisdictions in liaison with a local correspondent).
How quickly do you respond?
Within 24 working hours for initial requests. For emergencies (custody, seizure, interim proceedings), a dedicated 24/7 line connects you immediately with a lawyer.
Do you offer online consultations?
Yes, via secure video call (Zoom or Microsoft Teams). Remote matters are handled with the same rigour as in-person meetings.
Is my information kept confidential?
Absolutely. Professional secrecy applies from the very first contact, even if you do not engage the firm. Our IT systems comply with CNDP standards.
